Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of App Ready (app-ready.net, the "Service"), operated by Nomadic Jeikei (the "Operator"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides free browser-based tools: app store screenshot editing, image background removal, and open-source icon search and download. No account is required, and image processing runs entirely in your browser.
2. Rights to your output
You retain all rights to the images you upload and to the results you create from them. The Operator claims no rights over your uploaded images. The Service itself — its interface, logo, and brand — remains the property of the Operator.
3. Third-party licenses
Icons provided through the icon search come from open-source icon libraries, each under its own license (MIT, ISC, CC, and others). When you use an icon you must comply with that library's license terms; responsibility for license compliance rests with you.
4. Prohibited use
The following are prohibited: interfering with the normal operation of the Service, automated bulk requests or scraping, processing images that infringe the rights of others, and any use that violates applicable law.
5. Advertising
The Operator may display ads, including Google AdSense, to cover operating costs. Personal-data handling related to ads is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is." The Operator does not warrant its accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, and may change or discontinue features without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. As the Service is free of charge, please keep your own copies of original files to guard against data loss.
8. Changes to these terms
The Operator may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising from use of the Service falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
